Panos is the Operating Officer in Kudos and he is responsible among others for the strategic advisory and the daily support of the operations.
Prior to his current post he held the position of Senior IR advisor in Novus Finance, he was a sectoral analyst in a London based Investment bank and an analyst in Bloomberg based in London.
Novus was founded in 2002 and sold successfully in January 2009 with a clientele which included over 70 Greek corporates across sectors and a portfolio of selling equity stakes, managing hostile takeovers, IPOs and minority rights. Novus was a pioneer in the market and has organized over 200 road shows across Europe, advised foreign asset management companies and private equity firms on deal sourcing and origination. Over the years he has accumulated a know how across sectors and he was an active member of the team from capital raising to corporate actions.
He graduated with an MSc in Financial Economics from the Queen Mary College, University of London, and he holds a postgraduate diploma in Economics from the Birckbeck College, University of London and a degree in Business Studies and Financial Management from the University of North London.
